Description
The Jamaica Tourist Board -in Jamaica WI, will be hosting a grand reception at Devon House in ST. Andrew Jamaica for the afternoon of November 26th instant. Art work by Mr. Spencer and other artists will be on display and each honored for their contributions to the development of art in the island of Jamaica.
